Tax & reporting

Clear records at every level.

01 · Investor-level taxation

Transparent by design.

The partnership is designed as a tax-transparent structure: applicable tax is assessed at partner level rather than paid by the fund itself.

Non-resident treatment depends on residency, income source, asset type and current Israeli tax advice.

02 · Continuous reporting

One reconciled record.

Transactions are consolidated into one record, with portfolio access, periodic IFRS reporting and an annual independent review.

Tax positions and reporting scope are confirmed with advisers.
